Exporting or deleting your data

Export. Settings has a data download that dumps what the account holds: topic state, activity, exam results and settings.

Delete. Ask through the Help button and the account and its records are removed. A parent can request deletion for any child login they created.

What is stored and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy. If something there does not match what you see in the product, that is a defect worth reporting rather than a policy to work around.
